Returns and Refunds
You may request to return your order within 7 days of tracking showing the item was delivered to the address provided. You must explicitly inform us in writing that you want to return your order within this timeframe. We cannot accept returns without prior agreement from our customer support team. Any returns made without prior agreement cannot be honoured.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Items which have been opened or otherwise used cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for providing the return shipping to us which must be fully tracked. Your refund will not include any outbound postage costs or customs fees paid to local authorities.
Your refund may be subject to a reverse currency conversion fee. We are not responsible for any fees incurred by payment providers in processing the refund. Please contact us if you would like to know the specific % charged for your currency.
We use a 3rd party logistics partner to pack and process our orders. These are processed immediately after orders are received, meaning that we are typically unable to process a cancellation request after the order has been placed. Should you wish to cancel your order, you will need to return the product to us after it arrives with you. Please remember to not open the package, as we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened.
Items purchased at physical venues
Items purchased at physical events should at first instance be returned to the vendor your purchased from.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for custom items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
