Shipping policy

Service & Delivery

We reserve the right to select which courier service is used for all orders, and may use an alternative courier to what you have selected where we deem it appropriate. All items larger than a pistol will require assembly unless otherwise stated.

All delivery times listed are shown as a guide only and are not binding to our service. All days are working days only (Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays). We are not able to offer a refund for delayed delivery when this is outside of our control. Reasons for this include but are not limited to;

  • National holidays, including days surrounding national holidays where courier services may have reduced staff.
  • Extreme weather, including high wind, rain or cold.
  • Industrial action, including action in transit country or destination country.
  • Government shutdowns - including US Federal government shutdowns. 
  • Civil unrest or conflict, including when this is not in your home country (as international orders may transit through conflict zones). Please note the current Iran conflict may impact orders in the Pacific and Middle East region. 
  • Customs inspections and delays caused by customs processing. Please pay specific attention to additional time for EU customs processing, or unexpected changes to USA customs policies throughout the 2024-2028 period.

Shipping Location

Dart Armoury maintains shipping warehouses in the UK, USA, European Union and China. We will endeavour to use the warehouse closest to you, however may use an alternative warehouse if the product you have ordered is out of stock locally.

Special Instructions

If your address has specific delivery instructions, such as a gate code, or "leave behind red gate", these must be clearly communicated to us prior to placing your order. We are not able to issue the courier further delivery instructions once an order is placed. We are not liable for return delivery fees if your package cannot be delivered due to missing delivery instructions or incomplete address. An admin fee of $25/€25/£25 may be charged for processing incorrectly addressed returns.

Import Tax & Duty

Wherever possible, we will use a duty pre-paid courier to minimise customs delay or additional expenses. This applies to the below countries. Please email if you require further confirmation on specific items/regions.

Cancelations

If you'd like to cancel your order after it has been placed, please email us with your order number. We use automated fulfilment services and cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled prior to shipping. Cancelled orders may incur a reverse currency conversion fee of up to 5%, depending on payment method.

Customs

We guarantee customs clearance to the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand and will send a replacement in the highly unlikely event your item is lost in transit or stopped by customs. Please appreciate that our products are highly realistic imitation firearms and may occasionally be stopped for further review by customs authorities and are not able to offer compensation for delayed deliveries.

For countries outside of this list, you must confirm any customs requirements in advance of placing an order.
